Join Napa Legal and the Lehigh County Bar Association for a Lunch CLE titled “Religious Liberty and Faith-Based Nonprofits: Analyzing the Impacts of State Law”. The CLE has been approved for 1 substantive credit in the state of Pennsylvania. This CLE, presented by Frank DeVito (Counsel, Napa Legal) and Buddy Lesavoy (Partner, Lesavoy Butz & Seitz), will include a brief overview of two cases that have recently made news headlines (303 Creative and the Yeshiva Pride Alliance case), which will be used to explain the importance of state law for religious liberty, especially religious liberty for faith-based nonprofit organizations. This presentation will focus on Pennsylvania law examples and compare how other states handle the same issues. The cost to attend is $45 for the CLE and lunch or $25 without lunch. Registration and lunch begins at 11:45am. Seminar runs from 12:15-1:15pm.
