Annika Boone Barkdull is an associate at Schaerr | Jaffe LLP, where she specializes in statutory and constitutional litigation across a range of practice areas, including religious liberty, pro-life issues, elections, media, and administrative law. She is also a Teaching Fellow at Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School and Chair of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society Religious Freedom Fellowship. Prior to joining Schaer | Jaffe, Annika served as a law clerk for Justice Thomas Lee at the Utah Supreme Court and Judge Ryan Nelson at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She received a B.A. in Political Communication from George Washington University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
Annika and her husband Austin belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. They live in Annika’s home state of Utah with their beloved feline, Abigail Cattams.
