This is the End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) of Napa Institute Legal Foundation, doing business as Napa Legal Institute (“Napa Legal”), a nonprofit corporation organized under the California Nonprofit Religious Corporation Law (Cal. Corp. Code §§9110 et seq.) exclusively for religious purposes. For federal tax purposes, the Corporation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity. As an organization committed to excellence in corporate and legal governance, Napa Legal seeks to observe best practices in intellectual property matters. As a donor-funded, charitable organization, Napa Legal has an obligation to our supporters and constituents to exercise prudence and stewardship so that Napa Legal can continue to make its free and low-cost resources available to those in need. All use of Napa Institute Legal Foundation webpages and resources located within www.napalegalinstitute.org (collectively, “Napa Legal Educational Content”) is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement (“Terms”). Napa Legal grants you a limited license to access and make use of the Napa Legal Educational Content, subject to the Terms. Each license is valid for one natural person. Licenses may not be shared with other users without the express permission of Napa Legal. Violations of this policy will result in the termination of the license. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. Napa Legal All Access is set to automatically renew on an annual basis and will continue until you cancel.
You will receive a reminder of your renewal 30-40 days before the renewal will take place.
The renewal will be charged to your original method of payment. Typically, the renewal fee will be $200. Napa Legal does not anticipate any changes in fees, but if any changes are made, you will receive notice prior to your renewal.
