David is an associate at Yetter Coleman LLP in Houston, Texas. He works on trial and appellate matters, with experience in oil and gas, intellectual property, banking, and bankruptcy. David clerked for the Honorable Jerome A. Holmes at the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the Honorable Drew B. Tipton at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. He was previously selected to attend the Georgetown Center for the Constitution Originalism Summer Seminar, the Federalist Society’s James Kent Summer Academy, and the Heritage Foundation’s Judicial Clerkship Training Academy.
David received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and his B.A. in History from the University of California, Los Angeles where he graduated summa cum laude with highest departmental honors. David and his wife have three dogs and are frequent visitors of Houston’s many dog-friendly restaurants and parks.
