David Rosenthal is an associate at Consovoy McCarthy PLLC, where he assists clients with a variety of litigation and appellate matters. He previously served as a law clerk to Judge Joel M. Carson III of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, Judge Benjamin J. Beaton of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky, and Judge James A. Teilborg of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. He has also served as a visiting legal fellow at the Heritage Foundation, where he wrote about contemporary issues in criminal, constitutional, and administrative law. David earned his B.S.B.A. in Finance from Northeastern University, and his J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Arizona.
