Ryan Dardard is an associate at Burr & Forman LLP in the Mobile, Alabama office. He is a transactional lawyer representing businesses with issues involving business/corporate law, and commercial and residential real estate transactions. He advises clients with matters arising throughout the business process including, buying and selling businesses, commercial leasing, and financing. Prior to joining the firm, Ryan was a seminarian for the Archdiocese of Mobile. As a seminarian, he attended and graduated cum laude from St. Joseph Seminary College in Covington, Louisiana with a degree in philosophy and theological studies. Upon graduation, Ryan left formation and enrolled at the University of Alabama School of Law where he met his future wife, Gabriella. He, his wife, and their son live in Mobile, Alabama. Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and family, hosting their friends, traveling, reading theology, and playing poker.
