Brian G. Svoboda is the director of the Law and Public Policy Program of the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America, where he serves as an adjunct professor. He conceived and taught the law school’s Nonprofit Advocacy Clinic, in which law students train charities on lobbying and political activity laws. He is also a partner in the Political Law Group at Perkins Coie LLP, where he counsels companies, trade associations, nonprofit organizations, candidates, and elected officials on all aspects of ethics, lobbying and campaign finance laws. Brian is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and the University of Nebraska.
