Abbey Bongiorno is a legal counsel with Alliance Defending Freedom's Church and Ministry Alliance, where she assists churches and Christian nonprofits with First Amendment and religious liberty issues. Before joining ADF, she was a staff attorney for the Thomas More Society in Chicago, Illinois.

Abbey earned her B.A. summa cum laude in political science and Spanish from Eastern Michigan University and her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2022. While attending law school, she served as a legal intern with the Brown County District Attorney's office in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Abbey lives in Ohio with her french bulldog, Norman, and near her fiancé, Kenny. Abbey and Kenny plan on marrying in July 2025 at the Catholic church where they met.
