Benjamin Strong is an associate in Dentons Sirote's Huntsville office. He is a member of the Tax Practice group and part of the Tax Controversy team, where he focuses on tax controversy and tax litigation, guiding clients through intricate tax-related issues.
Benjamin obtained his JD from the University of Nebraska College of Law, where he excelled as an active member of The Federalist Society, taking on leadership roles such as president and president emeritus. He also showcased his legal acumen by participating in the Grether Moot Court Competition and being a distinguished member of the Robert Van Pelt Inn of Court and the St. Thomas More Society. In addition to his legal accomplishments, Benjamin graduated cum laude with a BS in Information Technology Systems from The University of Texas at Dallas.
Previously, Benjamin served as a senior certified law student at the UNL Criminal Prosecution Clinic in collaboration with the Lancaster County Nebraska Attorney’s Office. He demonstrated his capabilities by managing charging decisions, negotiating plea deals, and representing the State of Nebraska in various court proceedings. He also worked as a law clerk for the Nebraska Attorney General’s Office in the Civil Litigation and Criminal Prosecution Divisions and as a policy research extern at the Nebraska Catholic Conference.
Benjamin has received the McGrath Mullin & Kratz Excellence in Legal Writing Award and is a member of the Alabama State Bar.
