Daniel P. Del Vecchio is an Associate in the Naples office of Wicker Smith where he focuses his practice on general liability, construction, and insurance matters. He graduated cum laude from Seton Hall University with a Bachelor of Science in Diplomacy and International Relations and a minor in Italian. He then attended law school at Ave Maria School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2018. While in law school, Daniel gained trial experience as a Certified Legal Intern with the State Attorney’s Office in Naples. Prior to joining Wicker Smith in 2023, Daniel served as an Assistant State Attorney for the 20th  Judicial Circuit in Naples in the Misdemeanor and Felony Divisions.  Daniel founded his own private practice that operated as a general practice firm handling business, real estate and estate planning matters. He also has experience in first-party litigation, insurance bad faith, real estate, probate, and business law matters. In his free time, Daniel enjoys reading, going to the beach and spending time with his wife.
