David Earleywine is the Associate Director for Education and Religious Liberty at the Wisconsin Catholic Conference. In this role, David advocates for public policy on behalf of Wisconsin's bishops and serves as counsel for the organization. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School.  Among other things, David has interned at the Wisconsin Supreme Court and the Madison City Attorney’s office. Prior to law school, David worked at Catholic nonprofits and studied political science and organizational leadership at Carroll University. David and his wife live in the Madison area and are expecting their first child.
