Derwin Sánchez

Derwin Sánchez is working as a judicial law clerk to Chief Judge Timothy Osterhaus of Florida’s First District Court of Appeal in Tallahassee. He received two Bachelor of Arts degrees, one in philosophy and the other in writing and rhetoric, in 2021 from the University of Central Florida. Three years later he graduated from Florida State University College of Law, where he earned his J.D. While in law school, Derwin worked as a judicial fellow for Chief Justice Carlos Muñiz of the Florida Supreme Court, and he also served as an Executive Editor of the FSU Law Review, an Executive Editor of the Journal of Transnational Law and Policy, and the National Organization Liaison for FSU Law’s Federalist Society chapter.
