Frankie is currently an assistant solicitor general in the West Virginia Attorney General’s office. Frankie received his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law and his BA from Thomas Edison State University. He previously worked as the Majority Legal Counsel for the Michigan House of Representatives—handling the Speaker's legislative and litigation portfolios. He also spent several years at Michigan firms, focusing his practice on governmental and general litigation in state and federal courts. And he clerked for a few years for Judge Bernard Friedman of the U.S District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Frankie lives in Grand Rapids with his wife, daughter, and son. He attends Mass and is a Confirmation class catechist at St. Patrick’s of Parnell parish.
