Kyle Nazareth

Kyle is a Catholic, husband, expecting father, and Judicial Law Clerk for Judge Kansas Gooden of the Florida Third District Court of Appeal. He received his B.A. in political science from California Lutheran University, and studied philosophy at the University of Oxford through a study abroad program. He received his J.D. cum laude from the Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law, where he was President of the ONU Federalist Society, Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy’s 41st Symposium Issue, Appellate Justice of the Moot Court Executive Board, and a member of the Order of the Barristers. After law school, he served as a Judicial Law Clerk to Judge Jordan Pratt of the Florida Fifth District Court of Appeal. He enjoys nature walks with his wife, working out, reading Catholic apologetics and philosophy, and conversing with friends over the occasional cigar.
