Ryan Farrell is a trial attorney and U.S. Air Force veteran. On graduating law school, he joined the Air Force JAG Corps and served in Asia, Europe, and the Pacific Northwest before taking his final assignment as an area defense counsel—the Air Force's equivalent to a public defender. Shortly thereafter, he met his now-wife and left active duty to put down roots in north Idaho while continuing to serve in the Air National Guard. His first(, current, and only) civilian job is as a trial attorney at the Federal Defenders of Eastern Washington & Idaho, where he finds great joy in brief-writing (and being right). Ryan is a former martial artist, kettlebell junkie, aspiring hunter, voracious reader, and coffee connoisseur.
