Shannon Cagnina

Drawn to the legal field by her love for anchoring principles and the rule of law, Shannon takes a proactive approach in her practice. She focuses on completing even the most complex deals in an efficient manner. She is proficient in identifying risks and finding creative solutions for her clients that will allow them to achieve their goals. Utilizing her operational experience in the government, corporate, and nonprofit sectors, Shannon draws upon her deep understanding of interrelated fields to solve problems for the benefit of her clients.

Shannon is committed to providing high-quality and timely service to her clients. She enjoys her areas of practice because of the difference she can make when her counsel delivers value for her clients and the individuals they serve. When clients work with Shannon, they know they can rely on her insight, judgment, skill, and dedication to secure the best possible outcome.

Shannon holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Wellesley College, earned her law degree from Boston University School of Law, and has participated in fellowship programs in public policy and theology.

Outside of the office, Shannon serves in leadership roles on multiple values-aligned non-profit boards, often in the finance and audit committee chair role. Having lived in New England for a number of years, Shannon has resided in Dallas since 2005.
