Tierney Gill has over a decade of experience serving in state government administration and public policy in both the executive and the judicial branches. A Milwaukee native and graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, Tierney clerked for Chief Justice Annette Kingsland Ziegler of the Wisconsin Supreme Court. During law school, Tierney also worked for Wisconsin's Director of State Courts and achieved a prestigious legal clerkship through the State Bar of Wisconsin. Tierney has been active in serving on public policy boards, being appointed by the Wisconsin Supreme Court to the Board of Administrative Oversight and being appointed by Governor Scott Walker to the Governor's Juvenile Justice Commission, where she chaired the Policy and Legislative Compliance Committee and the Youth Engagement Committee.
Tierney is a Christian Legal Society Fellow as well as a Winter 2025 Fellow with the James Wilson Institute on Natural Rights and the American Founding. She is currently employed as a Senior Associate Attorney for a small general practice firm, where she primarily practices in the faith-based nonprofit and corporate spheres.
